The sight of Paige Spiranac catching some rays should be enough to brighten up nearly anyone’s day.
The popular golf influencer shared a series of photos of herself working on a tan while wearing an incredibly revealing bikini with a flower pattern.
“Sunshine and tan lines,” she wrote in the caption while also including sun, swimsuit and watermelon emojis.
The blond bombshell quickly went viral, with the post racking up more than 136,000 likes — the most she has received on an Instagram post in more than a year.
The tanning post comes just days after Spiranac had shared a very patriotic snap from her 2026 calendar. In the July 4th-themed photoshoot, she wore a Stars-and-Stripes-themed bikini with an American flag and red, white and blue fireworks in the background.

While these recent posts didn’t receive any sort of age restriction, her golfing apparently set off the censors’ sensors earlier this year.
The former collegiate golf champion posted a video of herself hitting a golf ball but was slapped with an age restriction on social site X.
While Spiranac has been known to wear revealing outfits while out on the golf course, that was not the case here. Spiranac was sporting one of her most conservative outfits to date: a floral-patterned dress with a fully buttoned-up top and long, light pink sleeves underneath.
“Age restricted content! The world is going truly mad,” one user commented.
“Had a adult content warning. lol. Conservative dress. smooth swing,” another replied.
Spiranac couldn’t help but laugh about the situation, joking that her swing was too “sexual” for social media.
“I know my swing is so pure it’s sexual but to have an age restriction on this post where I’m the most covered up I’ve ever been is wild lol,” she wrote on a repost of the original video clip.
Earlier in the day, Spiranac had posted a selfie of herself on the course wearing the outfit, declaring it was “practice time.”
It was unclear if the selfie post also was hit with an age restriction or if the video being flagged was simply a glitch in the system for the popular platform.

When it comes to her outfits, Spiranac has never been shy to show off her figure.
In fact, earlier this year she revealed that one of her fans has been dropping the comment “great cans” on every one of her posts for years — and that it never failed to lift her spirits.
The golf influencer shared that a fan has made the same comment on “everything” that she posts online.
“There is this guy who comments ‘great cans’ on everything I post,” Spiranac posted on X. “In a world full of hate and despair I know he will always be there for me to lift my spirits.”
Spiranac then provided a screenshot of the user’s Instagram comments, showing his remarkable consistency.
“He’s never missed a post for years,” she added.
Spiranac, who boasts more than 5.5 million followers across her social media accounts and 4 million on Instagram alone, is never shy about showing off her natural assets, though in the past it has sometimes led to uncomfortable situations with followers.
The 32-year-old native of Wheat Ridge, Colo., revealed that she has dealt with mental health struggles and gets hit with constant body-shaming critiques online.
