Danica Patrick doesn’t seem to be paying much mind to the inflammatory comments made by ex-boyfriend Aaron Rodgers, showing off her bikini body in some sunny vacation photos on Instagram.
In her first post on the social media site since Rodgers’ appearance on teammate Cam Heyward’s podcast — in which he spoke about his failed relationship with Patrick and said she was “depressed” — the retired motorsports star shared several snaps from her getaway with friends to the Amalfi Coast and the south of France.
In the pictures — which also included shots of Patrick and Co. dancing, eating meals and drinking wine — she drove fans wild by showing off her ripped abs while wearing a blue-and-white bikini on a boat.
“No Burning Man this year…. But the goggles still found me. (Be back next year, fomo fo show!),” she captioned the post.
“Along with the best company we went back to Amalfi, and it was beautiful! Learned about prephilloxera (sic) wine made in Ravello. And fell in love with St Tropez!
“Don’t be fooled, I def don’t eat salad.”

Comments on the post were largely complimentary, which is a departure from the negativity and body-shaming that Patrick endured earlier in the summer.
In early August, Patrick’s vacation post from her time in Ibiza drew comments calling out her appearance and questioning her health as she posed in a tiny neon-yellow bikini.
“OK. I get TRIM and FIT. But like anything, all things in moderation. Honestly, y’all need some carbs and protein,” one of the more reasonable commenters wrote. “A couple Double Doubles with Cheese, Fries and a Chocolate Shake once or twice a week won’t hurt.”
Some of the more brutal replies implored Patrick to “OMG EAT SOMETHING” and asked for “someone (to) grab her some tacos.”
“You need a hamburger,” another user commented.
The criticism evidently didn’t sit well with Patrick, who took to her Instagram Stories to straighten things out.
“Since many have told me to eat after the last post, I shall show you more meals,” she wrote, alongside a snapshot of her lunch from Tuesday.
“Lunch here, and breakfast was 3 eggs plus 2 whites and a large homemade slice of @brooke_selman sourdough with butter and blueberry jam,” Patrick wrote.

Earlier this month, Rodgers made an appearance on teammate Cam Heyward’s Not Just Football podcast, during which the Pittsburgh QB tore into ex-girlfriend Danica Patrick — among many other controversial topics.
In the episode posted on Sept. 10, Rodgers called out the former NASCAR star, whom he dated for around two years.
“The height of their fame was when they were with me,” Rodgers said, also apparently referring to ex-fiancee Shailene Woodley. “They get clicks when they say my name, just like the idiots on TV because I am a lightning rod … Stop talking about me, you’re not relevant, move on with your life. You’re lying.
“No one cares what they have to say until they say my name. I dated two women who nobody gives a f— about unless they drop my name and they like to say their version of the history of what actually happened.
“So, I’m this monster of a partner and it’s just f—ing horses—. Number one: Why are you still talking about me? It’s been years.”
The four-time NFL MVP then recalled his time with Patrick, who had recently retired from competing in NASCAR.
“I dated Danica. She had just retired. She was depressed and not fun to be around,” Rodgers said. “But I didn’t leave her because I was trying to be there and be a good partner. Then it was going a certain direction obviously. There was no intimacy, there was nothing.
“I’m buying a house in Malibu and she goes, ‘Do you want to buy it together?’ And I said no. And she said, ‘You know what that means then?’ And I said, ‘Yeah, that’s the way things are going.’ She said, ‘Well, let’s get counseling.’ Then we got counseling. Then COVID hits and we’re stuck together.”
Rodgers then claimed that Patrick’s account of their relationship was false, saying that “she tells a story that she was so blindsided and getting left by you, and that he leaves a trail of blood around him.
“And I’m like, ‘What are you talking about? That’s not what happened.’ “
