BILICKI: NFL Week 10 picks

The lines are from Betway.com and the home teams in CAPs.

PITTSBURGH -4 over Carolina

That was the most points that the Panthers have allowed in franchise history. And the Panthers have had some pretty bad teams before.

New Orleans -5 over CINCINNATI

The Saints could be in for a letdown game after that big win over the undefeated Rams, but the Bengals could be in trouble without A.J. Green.

Atlanta -4.5 over CLEVELAND

Julio Jones actually scored a TD last week, so there’s that. The Browns may have changed the coach, but they’re still not winning.

Detroit +6.5 over CHICAGO

These two played a close one earlier this season and the Lions seem to do that often against division rivals. Simply, this is just a couple too many points to be giving.

INDIANAPOLIS -3 over Jacksonville

Both teams are coming off a bye so there’s no advantage there. With the usual three points for the home team going to Indy, we’ll take the side that, somewhat surprisingly, is actually better.

Arizona +16.5 over KANSAS CITY

The Chiefs could certainly run away with this one, but will they roll out everything here? There’s no need to open up the playbook with the Rams up next.

Buffalo +7.5 over NEW YORK JETS

Sam Darnold’s injury probably helps the Jets, considering how much he has tailed off since the opener. The big question is if the Jets can even score eight points against the Bills defence.

Washington +3 over TAMPA BAY

Washington losing two starting linemen is a concern, but do you know what’s more concerning? The Bucs’ incredibly awful pass defence.

TENNESSEE +6.5 over New England

The Pats are obviously the better team, but the Titans are coming off an OK win and coach Mike Vrabel has obvious knowledge of his former team.

OAKLAND +10 over L.A. Chargers

The Chargers are one of the best teams in the AFC, but can you give 10 points to a division rival on their home field? The Raiders are due to show some sort of life and have a few extra days to prepare since that big loss to the Niners.

GREEN BAY -9.5 over Miami

After two losses to the league’s best teams, the Packers should be thrilled to face some much easier competition. Of course, nothing’s a given in the NFL, but we’ll certainly spot the points to Brock Osweiler at Lambeau.

L.A. RAMS -10 over Seattle

The Seahawks made it a close one in Seattle earlier this season, but to do it again on the road is another story. The Rams should be itching to bounce back in a big way with the Chiefs looming.

PHILADELPHIA -6.5 over Dallas

The Eagles are coming off a bye and the Cowboys are on a short week. The Cowboys look about as average on offensive is it gets, despite trading for Amari Cooper. It’s time for coach Jason Garrett to go, and another embarrassing loss could finally set that in motion.

New York Giants +3 over SAN FRANCISCO

The Giants may not be good, but I’m sorry, I’m not believing in Nick Mullins now that there’s some real tape on him. I can totally see a huge game from Saquon Barkley, too.

Last week: 9-4

This season: 65-61-6
