People might call this a coincidence, but I would hope it would set a positive trend in the NHL; the Detroit Red Wings only have had 10 fights thus far this season compared to the Anaheim Ducks who have had 75. The biggest difference in the teams? The Red Wings have 105 points, good for second in the league and the Ducks are sitting out of the playoffs with 76 points.
