Inside Team USA’s boozy Miami nightclub bash after their Olympic gold medal win

After taking home Olympic gold in Milano-Cortina, Italy, the U.S. men’s hockey team probably deserves another medal for the party they threw on Monday night.

Team USA took part in a wild celebration at Miami’s E11EVEN nightclub the day after defeating Canada in overtime of the gold-medal game at the 2026 Winter Olympics.

And from pictures and videos going viral on social media, the players had a booze-filled blast in the packed club.

With many team members dressed in the team’s red, white and blue, several were seen swinging back a bottle of Michelob Ultra while others toasted with champagne.

Matthew Tkachuk – who has taken part in his fair share of celebrations at E11EVEN following his Florida Panthers’ Stanley Cup wins – was seen spraying a large bottle of champagne into the crowd while smoking a cigar.

Jack Hughes, the overtime hero who is still sporting several missing teeth from the game, was spotted pouring beer into the crowd and having a great time with brother Quinn.

J.T. Miller, captain of the New York Rangers, went crowd surfing.

As the party raged on, several players took turns on the microphone, leading the crowd and singing hit songs, including Queen’s We Are the Champions, Lee Greenwood’s God Bless the USA and Lynyrd Skynyrd’s Free Bird — Team USA’s Olympic anthem.

While many of the players are undoubtedly nursing hangovers on Tuesday morning, the team is set to make an appearance at Tuesday’s State of the Union address after scoring an invite from U.S. President Donald Trump.

“We’re so proud to represent the U.S. and when you get the chance to go to the White House and meet the president, we’re proud to be Americans and that’s so patriotic,” Hughes told the Daily Mail.

“No matter what your views are, we’re super excited to go to the White House tomorrow and be a part of that.”

What about the women’s team?

As for the U.S. women’s gold-medal celebration, they have quite the offer on the table themselves.

The women’s team – which has turned down Trump’s invite to the State of the Union due to travel issues – has been offered a party of their own hosted by rapper Flavor Flav in Las Vegas.

The music icon posted the invite on social media, telling the team that he would happily host them for “dinners, shows, and good times.”

“If the USA Women’s Hockey team wants a real celebration and invite … I’ll host them in Las Vegas. Do some nice dinners, shows, and good times. I’m sure I can get a hotel and airline to help me out here and celebrate these women for real for real,” he wrote.
