Eugenie Bouchard sure is taking things easy in retirement.
The former Canadian tennis star, who retired in July after the National Bank Open in her hometown of Montreal, has been soaking up some sun and having lots of fun on vacation in the British Virgin Islands this week.
The 31-year-old blonde bombshell has shared several posts from the tropical paradise, where she is visiting with her brother, Will Bouchard.
“This is your sign to do a sibling vacation,” Eugenie captioned a post with a video of her and Will enjoying some golf, sailing and other island activities.

Eugenie also has two sisters – younger sister Charlotte and twin Beatrice, who is six minutes older – who apparently weren’t along for the trip.
Judging by the amount of swimsuits that Eugenie packed, there might not have been room for them. Genie shared several beachside looks in her week’s worth of Instagram posts, including a red striped bikini and a white one-piece, which she modeled on the side of an infinity pool overlooking the water.

While she is officially retired from tennis, Bouchard did take part in the Little Dix Bay Tennis Cup at Rosewood Little Dix, a “secluded Caribbean retreat.”
Bouchard competed alongside Sloane Stephens, who spent most of the year on the sidelines due to undisclosed reasons, before returning at the Guadalajara Open Akron in September.
Stephens commented on one of Bouchard’s posts, joking “Why is there no capsized kayak footage?” with a laughing face emoji.
The tennis event included a tennis clinic, a Pro-Am tournament and some player meetups.
Genie’s magical career
Bouchard skyrocketed to stardom after reaching the final at Wimbledon at just 20 years old in 2014. She earned a career-high rank of No. 5 in the world later that year, but never was able to repeat her success in a major tournament.
After battling injuries and inconsistency for years, she announced prior to this year’s National Bank Open that she would be hanging up her racket after the tournament.
Bouchard, who boasts more than 2.3 million followers on Instagram, currently plays professional pickleball on the PPA Tour, where she is ranked No. 9 in singles.
