Nothing quite says you’re over your recent breakup than a fun sash proclaiming your status as single.
If Paula Badosa is feeling broken-hearted over her split from fellow tennis star Stefanos Tsitsipas, she sure wasn’t showing it during her birthday bash this past weekend in Dubai.
The Spanish star, who peaked at No. 2 in the WTA Tour world rankings, shared a carousel of photos on Instagram from her 28th birthday celebrations with friends, during which she was sporting a “sexy and single” sash.
“Chapter 28, here we go!” Badosa captioned the carousel full of photos from her celebrations. “Heart full … Thank you to the ones who made it so special Love you.”

Badosa also was spotted wearing another sash that read “28 and still a 10,” while her birthday cake included the message, “Older, wiser and hotter than ever.”
Badosa and friends enjoyed some good times relaxing by the beach with drinks, as well.
Last week, the Spanish sensation shared a emotional, cryptic post on social media, leading many to believe that she had split with Tsitsipas.

“Sometimes life shakes us so hard that we think we won’t be able to get up,” she posted on Instagram. “We go through moments when the soul breaks in silence, where doubts weigh more than hope, and where the inner noise lets nothing be heard. But it’s right there, in that void, where something sacred begins: The reunion with oneself.
“Healing isn’t forgetting or pretending it didn’t hurt. Healing is looking at yourself with compassion, recognizing your wounds and understanding that everything you experienced was a necessary part of the journey. It is discovering that peace is not in what you have, or in who accompanies you, but in the simple fact of being able to breathe calmly with yourself.”
She wrote that the message was “My lesson of 2025.”
Badosa and Tsitsipas, who reportedly had been in an off-and-on relationship since mid-2023, have not commented on what caused the breakup.
The tennis stars no longer follow each other on Instagram and their profiles have been scrubbed of signs of their relationship.
Badosa isn’t the only female tennis star looking for love either.
Earlier this month, Danielle Collins went viral after her extremely harsh online dating profile was revealed.
Collins, who is newly single after her relationship with tech executive Bryan Kipp ended last month, wrote that she is looking to become a “trad wife” and have children soon, while also ruling out short men.
“Currently a professional tennis player, but kind of aspiring to be a trad wife. Straight up,” her profile reads.
“Already had my boss babe era. Just wanting to raise my chickens, do home projects, make freshly baked sourdough, be a stay-at-home dog mom, and hopefully pop out some babies soon.
“If you’re going to lie about your height just leave me the f*** alone. This is a no short kings zone.”
