Porn star Abella Danger breaks silence after controversial ESPN appearance

Abella Danger thought her time in front of the camera was done.

But even during the biggest NCAA college football game of the season, she somehow managed to steal headlines from the CFP Championship simply by getting spotted on ESPN‘s broadcast.

On Tuesday, she took to her Instagram Stories to share the “burden” she feels years after retiring from the adult film industry as she continues to garner all sorts of unwanted attention on social media.

She posted a screen grab of a text exchange to her Instagram Story in which she expressed a desire to “be able to go to games and not be filmed I want to literally be invisible I genuinely don’t think anyone understands.”

“To feel like your own existence is a burden to everyone around you is so tough,” she wrote under the image.

Danger was spotted on camera during the fourth quarter of the game between the University of Miami and Indiana University.

She was seen nervously cheering among the crowd as Hurricane quarterback Carson Beck was leading his team down the field attempting to cut the Hoosiers’ 10-point lead.

Eagle-eyed fans watching the game were quick to point just who exactly ESPN had panned to in the crowd, with many users on social media chiding the network for showing the former adult film star.

“I would give anything in the world to not have had ESPN film me and I am so deeply sorry to anyone I offended with my attendance at the game,” she told TMZ. “I wish I could be any other student supporting my team.”

Perhaps her appearance was good luck, as Beck and Malachi Toney connected on a 22-yard reception on the next play for a touchdown. It wasn’t enough in the end, however, as the top-ranked Hoosiers held on for a 27-21 win.

Who is Abella Danger?

According to her Instagram profile, Danger is a full-time student at the University of Miami and retired as an adult-movie performer in 2020. She currently is an ambassador for Brazzers.

Danger says that she is a “Miami girl born and raised” and has been a longtime fan of the Hurricanes, even before attending the school.

After the loss, she posted several reaction videos on her Instagram Stories while breaking down into tears.

“I hate this!” she told her 9.5 million followers as fireworks went off in the background.

“Even though we lost, I don’t care,” she said. “That game tonight proved that no one else deserved to be in the national versus Miami. Miami deserved that! Everyone counted us out. I don’t care if we lost, those men out there, they’re the best of the best. No one deserved that spot other than Miami.

“That was not a blowout, that was not an ass-whooping. Down to the wire. The only reason I’m sad is for these players that worked their butt off all season. They’re still winners, I don’t care.”

Wasn’t Abella Danger’s first game

Danger had previously been spotted in the crowd on TV during the NCAA football playoff game between the Hurricanes and Texas A&M, with ESPN showing a clip of her cheering.

Danger was spotted wearing a white cropped top and an orange skirt with a group of Hurricanes fans during the second half of the game in College Station, Texas.
