Death, taxes and “great cans.”
Those apparently are the three certainties in life for popular golf influencer Paige Spiranac, who has revealed that one of her fans has been dropping the comment on every one of her posts for her years.
While the former collegiate golf champion has had to deal with the dark side of putting herself out there on social media over the years, there’s one fan who has provided her with a consistent pick-me-up.
The blonde bombshell shared on Thursday that a fan has made the same comment on “everything” that she shares online: “Great cans.”
“There is this guy who comments ‘great cans’ on everything I post,” Spiranac posted on X. “In a world full of hate and despair I know he will always be there for me to lift my spirits.”
Spiranac then provided a screenshot of the user’s Instagram comments, showing his remarkable consistency.
“He’s never missed a post for years,” she added.
Spiranac, who boasts more than 5.5 million followers across her social media accounts and 4 million on Instagram alone, is never shy about showing off her natural assets, though in the past it has sometimes led to uncomfortable situations with followers.
The 32-year-old native of Wheat Ridge, Col., revealed that she has dealt with mental health struggles and gets hit with constant body-shaming critiques online.
How does Spiranac deal with body-shaming?
During an appearance on the Spittin’ Chiclets’ Sandbagger Scramble earlier this year, Spiranac shared how she chooses to deal with comments about herself and her appearance.
Speaking with former NHLers Paul Bissonnette, Ryan Whitney and Keith Yandle, Spiranc was asked by ‘BizNasty’ how she deals with the “negativity” that comes her way.
“I used to really, really care,” she replied to Bissonnette. “But if you get called a s*** once, it doesn’t matter if you hear it a million times after that. It’s fine.”
So, what does Spiranac do to counteract the hate?

“I try to make it fun,” she said.
During the Masters last year, Spiranac went viral for her response to a comment about her looks.
“Controversial take, but I like when women are kind of fat like this,” a user wrote in a reply to one of the influencer’s social media posts.
Instead of letting it bring her down or ignoring it, Spiranac took a playful, sarcastic route, replying: “I’ll keep snacking on those peach ice cream sandwiches then.”
‘Golf is the reason I’m in therapy’
She also opened up about her “love-hate relationship” with golf during a fan Q&A session on her Instagram Stories, revealing that the game that she loves also led her to seek therapy.
“I’ve always said that golf is the reason I’m in therapy and it’s also my therapy,” she said. “It can be so infuriating at times where you just want to quit and never want to look at your golf clubs ever again.
“But then when I am stressed, or frustrated, or going through something, there is nothing more relaxing than just going to the range, putting my music on and just beating balls for hours.”
