Shaquille O’Neal is not playing around.
The NBA legend took to social media to shut down a claim that he is dating OnlyFans megastar Sophie Rain after a video of him DJing at her birthday party last month.
Shaq also was pictured with a huge smile on his face as Rain was sitting on his lap during the party — a pic that went viral and sparked dating rumours between the 53-year-old former hoops star and the 21-year-old model.
But the Big Aristotle fired back in stunning fashion – first denying any sort of relationship with the adult-content creator and then taking aim at another online influencer.
Noah Glenn Carter shared an Instagram video about the rumours linking Rain and O’Neal, commenting that a 32-year age gap between the two left a ”little uncomfy feeling, especially when he’s a 53-year-old showing up to a 21-year-old’s birthday.”
O’Neal took notice and hit back with a brutal reply.
“I don’t (date) that young but I will date your mom and give u a brother,” he replied to Carter.
“I was DJing at encore beach club, she came to my party. Dummy stop (trying to) create rumours don’t make me slap you dude.”

Carter replied to the comments, clearly not wanting to start a beef with the 7-foot-1 Diesel.
“Now Shaq, I really don’t want you to slap me because you would obliterate me,” Carter posted on his Instagram feed. “I’m not even gonna try and pretend like you wouldn’t.
“I apologize Shaq. I don’t want that smoke.”
Rain also commented on the bizarre romantic link between herself and O’Neal, posting on X that she didn’t know “how taking a single photo with Shaq had the internet drawing conclusions that we must be dating.”
While O’Neal unquestionably made a fortune during his playing days in the NBA, his annual salaries shockingly pale in comparison to what Rain claims to pull in.
During a recent podcast interview with fellow OnlyFans star Camilla Araujo, Rain revealed that she was making an incredible US$4 million per month at the end of 2024.
In August, she shared a video confirming that she had made an astounding $82 million in the past year and half.
In comparison, during Shaq’s most lucrative NBA season, his salary was $27.6 million with the L.A. Lakers in 2004.
